Zach Miller

Zach Miller has taught trombone privately for 7 years and teaches 5-8 band at Oelwein Middle School. Zach specializes on the bass trombone, but plays and teaches all low brass instruments at the highest levels. 

Graduate of The University of Northern Iowa, he has a wide range of playing experience in both classical and jazz ensembles. He actively performs around the Cedar Valley with the Blue Moon Big Band, Bearded Bones Quartet and other local ensembles, year round. 

Zach teaches beginner, intermediate, and advanced players. He expects the highest level of preparedness and work ethic from his students.
